Brain Dump!


This a practice that I like to do at least once a week….if not more.  It’s called a Brain Dump.  I sit down and write all of the things that need to be done, that I need to remember, and that I need to put into my calendar.
I divide it into my various catagories of responsabilities and priorities:
Home and Personal:
Work:  Nest Pretty, Young Living
Family and Friends:
If you feel yourself looking down the barrel of your upcoming week and are already feeling overwhelmed,  then try a brain dump and see if doesn’t help you to feel in control of the many moving parts of your life!
I add my Brain dump to my Bullet Journal that I use as my day planner.
