Give Yourself Time to Dream!

The challenge for this week is simple but can easily allude us if we don’t schedule time for it.
We have natural build-in reminders like the four seasons and man-made reminders like daylight savings time.  These are good opportunities to build into your system time to reflect on what is working for you and your family and what is not.
Studies show that writing down our Dreams and Goals are an important step toward fulfilling them!  So, give yourself time to dream!
