THE season has arrived and with it the fear of contagion. All around us we hear coughing and sneezing, conjuring up in us anxiety of the season to come. Generally, it means we could expect days of misery, weeks of recovery, missed work or school, future doctor’s visits or even hospital stays. Who has time for that?
I recently did a vlog on using the right tools for the job. (Click here to watch) This principle can also apply to this season, I thought I would take a moment to discuss what I keep in my family’s Wellness Kit. These are things I not only have on hand year round but, especially during this time of year, I make sure to use them daily.
Super C™ not only contains 2,166% of the recommended dietary intake of vitamin C per serving, but it is also fortified with rutin, citrus bioflavonoids, and minerals to balance electrolytes and enhance the effectiveness and absorption of vitamin C.* The essential oils derived from citrus—Orange, Grapefruit, Tangerine, Lemon, and Lemongrass —all known for being big producers of vitamin C may also increase bioflavonoid activity. Vitamin C is one of the most important vitamins required by our bodies. The ingredients in Super C play a role in normal immune and circulatory functions, help to strengthen connective tissues, and promote overall health, vitality, and longevity.* Because our bodies cannot manufacture vitamin C, we can benefit by consuming this powerful antioxidant daily. It also comes in a chewable tablet and a children’s blend as well. This is a must in my Wellness Kit.* *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. ImmuPro™ has been specially formulated to provide exceptional immune system support when combined with a healthy lifestyle and adequate sleep to support the body’s needs.* Incidentally, this blend also tastes good because it has NingXia wolfberry and orange essential oil in it. I highly recommend it for your Wellness Kit.

Thieves Essential Oil – Is a perfect tool to have in your Wellness Kit. I use it year-round to promote overall wellness. And I keep it with me as my first line of defense. Just put a couple of drops on the bottom of your feet, in your tea with Thieves Vitality, or on a handkerchief to inhale it. Using it all three ways will help you to get the full benefits of this amazing oil.
One more thing I do during this season which is a MUST: I clean my home regularly, and I use Thieves Household Cleaner.
As a side point, you might feel that Thieves Household Cleaner is expensive, and when you look at the hard costs up front, it is pricier than the stuff in aisle 9 at your local grocery store. But Thieves Household Cleaner is highly concentrated. If you use it for general cleaning, all you need is ½ an ounce per 16 ounces of water. The small bottle of household cleaner will make around thirty 16-ounce bottles, which means that each 16-ounce bottle you mix will only cost $0.78. Not bad, right? The larger bottle is 64 ounces and will mix up around 130 bottles of cleaner. This means that it will cost only $0.69 per bottle. That’s a lot less than any cleaner you’ll buy at a dollar store. Trust me, it’s worth the investment—both for your peace of mind and your family’s wellness.
So during this time of year, use the right tools to keep your family well. Put Young Living’s Super C, ImmuPro, and Thieves Essential Oil in your Wellness Kit, and clean your home economically and naturally with Thieves Household Cleaner. Your only regret will not be the cost, only that you didn’t do it sooner.
