Week 40


It is recommended that we power down and or re-boot our phones tablets and computers on a regular basis doing so allows for maintenance and a well-deserved break.


Regardless of the operating system that you are on for your body downtime maintenance shutting down and rebooting is a MUST.  Has your body ever rebooted on you when you least expected it? That can be a terrifying experience but an eye-opening one.

So, for this weeks Challenge I dare you to unplug. To disconnect.  To reboot.  To rest.  To relax. To give your body a break…. I will be doing the same.
